Puppy Linux

I'm a big fan of Puppy Linux - this is a distribution of Linux that has some really nice features:

• it's very small (c. 300Mb ISO) but fully featured with most applications you need
• it can co-exist happily with both Windows and other Linux'es on your hard disk
• it has many ways of being installed but I use whats called "frugal install" where you simply copy 3 files to a sub-directory on your hard disk
• it can run on old hardware with very little memory
• it boots up really fast (compared to Windows)
